SAN ANTONIO – Both individuals have been upset and visibly crying, in accordance with an eyewitness. 

On Jan. 3, Christopher Davila and Beatrice Sampayo have been seen by a witness within the driveway of their San Antonio house, apart from themselves — and understandably so.

Davila’s eight-month previous son, King Jay Davila, was lifeless. 

The story from Christopher Davila to police was that King Jay was sitting in a automotive seat on his bed whereas Christopher Davila was enjoying video games, in response to an affidavit. 

King Jay was not strapped in, and when Davila stated he sat on the bed, the automotive seat fell to the ground, inflicting King Jay to land face-first — and probably hit his head on the dresser.

When Davila checked in afterward King Jay, he was lifeless, the affidavit stated.

On Wednesday, Torres, forty five, advised police she went to Sampayo’s house the night time of the “staged kidnapping” and Sampayo advised her that Davila “severely injured” his son, King Jay, in accordance with the affidavit.

After the alleged staged kidnapping, Torres stated she was picked up by Sampayo, sixty five, at Rodriguez Park and disposed of the automotive seat as Davila…
